I love creating purely creative pieces. I have a passion for taking design work and incorporating typography to build something that conveys a message as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes things can be art purely and functional later depending on how they are applied to a challenge. Stock photography can look fake and never really conveys a refined message, icons can be too light touch so illustration can bridge the gap.
Approach
I like to hand generate a lot of the artwork I do which can include the use of mixed media depending on the subject. I then digitise them so they can be used for whatever the application.
Outcome
I am currently building the Style Guide for Purplebricks illustration and how it can be applied to all aspects of the Purplebricks world.
