22 years experience in-house and agency across a wide range of engagements including retail, B2C, B2B and direct customer engagement. During this time I have transitioned from a purely creative designer, through digital and animation then finally into something a little more focused - Ux. As well as the design aspect I have also extensive experience in managing design teams big and small, overseeing the transition to product teams when handover is needed and managing stakeholders expectations.
Facilitating design workshops, holding 'Design box' show 'n' tells and discovery session are one of my favourite things to do. Having a group together with different focuses and live feedback really helps build better concepts and reinforce design culture.
